Nyx is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, or security advice.
Requests may be moderated, delayed, rate-limited, blocked, or restricted to protect users, providers, and platform reliability.
Violations may lead to temporary or permanent access restrictions without prior notice.
Nyx is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Features may be changed, degraded, or discontinued at any time.
Maintenance, outages, provider disruptions, and dependency changes may affect service behavior.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nyx is provided without warranties of accuracy, fitness, or uninterrupted availability.
Aarav Labs and contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
These terms may be revised to reflect feature, legal, security, or operational changes. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
